By accessing and using PrePump, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this platform. PrePump is a decentralized tool for Solana token presales launching on pump.fun.

2. Platform Role

PrePump provides infrastructure only. We are NOT responsible for any presale projects, their outcomes, or the actions of presale creators. All presales are created and managed by independent third parties.

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Conducting your own research (DYOR) before participating in any presale
• Verifying the legitimacy of presale creators and their projects
• Understanding that all cryptocurrency investments carry risk of total loss
• Securing your wallet private keys and seed phrases
• Complying with local laws and regulations

4. No Liability for Presales

PrePump is NOT liable for:

• Failed presales, rugpulls, scams, or fraudulent projects
• Financial losses from any presale participation
• Actions or omissions of presale creators
• Token performance after launch on pump.fun
• Smart contract bugs or vulnerabilities
• Network issues, downtime, or Solana blockchain problems

5. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency presales are extremely high-risk. You may lose your entire contribution. No presale is guaranteed to succeed. PrePump makes no representations about any project's legitimacy or potential.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use PrePump to create fraudulent presales, scam users, manipulate markets, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to remove any presale or ban any user at our discretion without notice or refund.

7. No Refunds

All presale contributions are final. PrePump does not process refunds. Refunds are only issued automatically if a presale fails to meet its soft cap by the end date. Successful presales cannot be refunded.

8. Service Availability

PrePump is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, bug-free operation, or data accuracy. We may modify, suspend, or terminate the platform at any time without liability.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrePump, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any presale.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of PrePump constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Check this page regularly for updates.
